Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and seat them at their table.
  • Take customer orders and pass them on to the kitchen.
  • Serve food and beverages in a professional manner.
  • Keep tables and room clean and tidy. 
  • Collect payments and manage financial transactions.

Skills required

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
  • Good command of point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.

Nice to have

  •   Previous experience in a well-known restaurant or brasserie.
  • Knowledge of wines and spirits.
  • Additional language skills (Luxembourgish, German, etc.).
  • Ability to recommend dishes and beverages based on customer preferences.
